In the closing days of World War II, General Yamamoto’s men are transporting billions of dollars of stolen Dutch gold via submarine. The submarine is sunk nearly on the same day as Yamamoto’s Betty bomber is shot down by American P-38s over Bougainville, Papua New Guinea.

Rainbow needs the gold to appease her financial backers, and Luke wants the gold to make new fishing reefs for the locals so they can have more fish, more jobs and live in peace. Everything hangs in the balance as they face off in 15,000 feet of water.
