Here is where the saga ends and the legend begins...
You may not remember the glorious age of VHS, but that is not a prerequisite. As has been the custom in compiling these anthologies, the crème de la crème of authors and filmmakers who both lived and thrived during the period in question, like the Avengers assembled to bring you this - the last dance.
Straight to Video has become both a monumental accomplishment and a lasting document to an age long dead...but forever remembered. These sections drip with the flavour of ghostly video store aisles, combined with nods to the formats that have replaced them.
The journey has been long but nonetheless satisfying. So, for a final time, the straight-to-video pulpsmith with a cause, Kent Hill, brings you the sights and sounds, the pride and the passion that inspired a generation and ignited a flame that burns eternal for those who lived it, and a beacon for those yet to discover it.
Be kind, rewind...one last time.
