phases of the moon and other Wiccan beliefs ?!

I didn't get past the first few chapters because she concentrated on cycles of the moon and other weird stuff.

A must-read / listen for each Empath!

Wow, what an amazing, loving woman to have penned such a book! I absorbed so much of the loving messages and concepts, predominantly that when we create and dedicate our lives to love, this makes for much more satisfying living. The world is made better through the influence of fostering an internal loving environment, and empaths are significant contributors in this regard. I really enjoyed listening to this book, with special thanks for excellent narration!

Beneficial read & covers HSP material masterfully

Also: It's great having audible books which have been daily reads. Books with meditations, reflections, inspiration, thoughts. There are a number I have enjoyed over the years, lugging them around while traveling & vacations etc. I now have a number of them which like this one, are richly enjoyed with the benefit of audio.

Life saving and life affirming

I did not realise that I was an Empath until I found Dr Orloff’s books .I spent my life thinking that I was a blubbering moron only to find out that I am a warrior Empath.From now on , I will live my life proudly.I had never had anyone validate my very existence so much .Eternally grateful

Great daily reflections for empaths

Easy to do a short reading each morning to start the day with. I highly recommend Judith's books to live more freely, she has really helped me to improve how i live life as an empath and taught me how to protect myself xx
