The narration is engaging and easy to follow, which helps carry the slower pace. However, the story itself feels a bit predictable at times, and the tension doesn’t always hit as strongly as expected.
The characters are well-written with realistic flaws, which adds depth, but the overall plot could have been tighter and more impactful.

A decent read if you enjoy character-driven stories, but not the best choice if you're looking for a gripping or fast-paced thriller.
