超大作「U理論」がわかりやすくまとまってます。
社会変革の理論として注目を浴びているU理論ががわかりやすくまとまっていて、新しい情報もアップデートされています。ナレーションも適度なスピードとクセの少ない発音（私の主観ですが）で聞きやすかったです。
本の中でも紹介されていますが、ネット上にもいろいろな情報があって、本読みながら検索したりして実際にワークショップしている動画なんかみたり、コミュニティに参加してみたりしながら理解をすすめています。
