あらすじ・解説
Nettie Ellison’s life has turned upside down. Her mother married a rich but hateful man, George Wade, and he wants nothing to do with Nettie. After threatening to put Nettie out on the streets, he sends her away as a mail order bride to Spring Valley, Texas.
Nettie has no choice but to go. On the train to Spring Valley, she meets and befriends a sweet girl named Julia.
