At the beginning of each session, behind the harmonious music and Dick’s soothing voice, you may notice a subtle sound that slows down over several minutes. This is “follow-response” technology, at exactly the right beat, tone, and level to induce your mind to relax into an altered state of consciousness where your subconscious will be most receptive to the positive suggestions. Change begins with subconscious acceptance of new beliefs.

Track one - "Meditation": Dick relaxes your body, then begins to provide quick, powerful programming. You’ll listen to the suggestions and during one segment will be asked to visualize the way you want your life to be. The subconscious is primarily a “picture consciousness”, so this is ultra-effective to program new beliefs in an altered state.
