I really enjoyed the world building and the inclusivity of the side characters, they really helped bring the story to life.
The romance side I couldn’t help but feel a bit left behind at times, especially as the attraction unfolded. The chemistry felt a little sudden.
The writing is beautiful and again the side characters (kiwi-islander, Filipino) and nods to the multicultural area they live in where all things that spoke to me greatly, I hope to see more of it in my next read from this Author!
