The spy who came in from the void....

With his alien co-pilot at his side and a grin stretching across his face, Captain Fitz keeps one jump ahead of his creditors and one jump behind fabulous illicit riches. He likes it that way, even if he wouldn’t mind getting the riches…some day.

Now he is chasing the biggest payoff of his career, and he’s hired a new team of marines to help win it. They call themselves Chimera Company, but they want him to be someone else.

Sixteen years ago, Lt. Cmdr Zi’Alfu, Hero of Dama Prime, was booted out of Legion Naval Intelligence in disgrace so he could go into the deepest deep cover ever. Now his former superiors want to activate their asset….

But are Zi’Alfu and Fitz still the same person?

Can Fitz outrun the darkest operation Naval Intelligence ever planned…the one he himself conceived? Meant to reboot the entire galaxy’s government, it has one of the simplest names ever: Operation Redeal.

good sequel

suffers a little under the sequel curse, but I still enjoyed it immensely...
does a wonderful job of further showing us the lore around the story and setting up the next books
can't wait for the next one

Steve acts perfectly for every role and I can't imagine anyone else voicing these characters this well...

And The Thrill Continues

Yes, I enjoyed this one too! The author did a good job of maintaining the thrill, mystery, and drama of the story. Of course, there were still plenty of those well-described action scenes. I was totally engaged from start until end. I liked how this book revealed more of the story and set the story for the next one. I also enjoyed getting to know more about the different interesting characters.

Steve Campbell has consistently done a fantastic job with the narration. He's just that good.
