Very helpful.

I came to mindfulness to manage my depression and I did an MBCT course about 18 months ago. Recently I’ve felt my mindfulness practice had become a bit stale, but after listening to this audiobook I’ve found a new path forward and have grown my practice. Very helpful.

ive learned so much on my drives to work

A read for everyone!

Great read, perfect for listening to wherever. The only Negative I have is that the speaker sometimes makes mistakes that arent edited out and a good amount of these appear and stuttering. Its not necessarily bad but it feels more like a teacher speaking in a classroom than the professional books and speakers I am use to on here

its a lifestyle

mindfullnes is a way to be more happy, the cientific formation of the instructor takes away esoteric view of these practice and adapt to the actual way of western life. Very recommended.
