The book is written in three parts.

Part II covers six breathing techniques. I highly recommend practicing these breathing techniques before meditation.

Part III covers 25 meditation techniques that can help prevent and manage lifestyle conditions such as stress, anxiety, depression, and sleep problems and create a life of clarity, harmony, and purpose. The first 15 meditations are done through witnessing, breathing, visualization, and chanting. The following ten meditations incorporate witnessing and contemplation. They touch upon various qualities we ought to have to live a better life.
