A wealth of information

I've read lots of articles on IF, but this book is full of information I didn't know.
Tons of science based information and facts paired with good advice and common sense.

It also comes with a downloadable PDF full of recipes tailored to the type of IF you are doing.
This book is a great resource for anyone interested in starting IF or already doing IF.

Great tips and easy-to-implement
