Having heard the legends all my life, I know a thing or two about dragons.

They live in remote castles hidden away from humans and other supernaturals. They’re split into nine clans based on the magic they possess. And they’re ruled by an ancient dragon queen.

With all that knowledge, what’s a nerdy human like me to do but enter the Dragon Liaison and Scholar Academy?

Unlike my bestie Pax (the guy who will surely win Biggest Flirt every year on campus), I’m not training to become a liaison between the mysterious dragons and regular humans. I’m studying artifacts and burying my nose in history texts—just the way I planned.

What I didn’t plan was for said bestie to bring home a gorgeous “surprise roommate” to live with us. To be honest, I was hoping for a little alone time so Pax could rid me of my pesky untouched status, but that’s a story for another day.

I also didn’t expect to have a stalker. Or a professor who makes no secret of the fact that he’d help me with that little problem of my innocence in a heartbeat.

And I definitely didn’t expect to be snatched up on a night out and whisked off to the dragon palace, where I’m informed that I will be their next queen.

Say what now?

Lucky for me, the men I care about join me at the palace as my guards. Not so lucky, the king and the princess want to kill me.

Can I survive in this new place long enough to claim the throne? And do I even want to, if it means I must marry a prince and leave behind the three men who have already stolen my heart?
