Powerful and quick solutions to declutter your home

As a lifelong hoarder, I suffered from a great deal of depression and anxiety about my home.

I felt like, why can’t I have a "perfect house" like it seems like all my friends do?

I needed a guide of some sort to keep myself sane through the grueling process of decluttering. And so, through my journey of decluttering, I finally compiled an effective audiobook to deal with this problem.

Have you tried to declutter your home, and just felt overwhelmed by the sheer amount of stuff that you have? Have you tried to get rid of things, but felt like the pain of letting go was just too much?

Are you tired of having clutter and junk around your kids and family?

If so, this is the guide that can help you solve these problems and teach you how to declutter effectively and painlessly.

In this audiobook you will learn about:

  • The number-one mistake that people make when approaching decluttering
  • One major change that will make clear what to discard and what to keep in your home
  • The "Algorithm" method that will help you take out most of your clutter
  • How to work outside your emotions and retain memories instead of stuff
  • How to organize everything and make space in your home
  • How less clutter leads to minimalism

If you are looking to declutter, then you cannot miss this audiobook!

Clutter: Living Life and Leaving the Rest presents solutions to your clutter problems in multiple ways.

Every day that you spend avoiding decluttering using an effective and decisive method, is another day that contributes to your clutter problem.

Unique and helpful.

Clutter offers many unique and helpful ways to eliminate stuff. The first three sections of the book explore the costs of clutter, why we buy stuff, and why we keep stuff. This helps us understand our reasons and motivations in buying and keeping stuff and thus helps us change.

Great audiobook.

I appreciated the practical help and the supporting philosophy motivating a lifestyle free from clutter. "The more stuff, the more stress," becomes a rallying call to declutter and bring peace and simplicity into our lives. The practical ideas on how to start were not necessarily new but presented in a fresh, amusing, anecdotal fashion.

Good one.

I read/listen to cluttering books on a regular basis. This is a particularly good one. While listening to this book I uncluttered and organized my master bedroom closet. Following the philosophy Outlined and under the inspiration of the book, I pulled out 4 bags of clothes. I also put drawer units in the closet to move all my clothes out of the bedroom. This will help with the next project of streamlining and cluttering the bedroom.

I love this book! I am a huge fan of humor to approach difficult topics. Decluttering can be so emotional. I love how the author makes her experiences so relatable and her suggestions so clear and easy to follow.

Useful.

The writing style, organization, topics covered, and presentation of information make this a book that is well worth reading. The sections on why we buy and why we keep stuff are thought-provoking. I especially appreciated the chapter on dealing with other people's clutter.

Very useful.

It has many insightful discussions regarding not only how to get rid of clutter but also about why we hold on to things. It has been helpful, and I believe it will be useful for a long time as I put into practice some of the things I learned.

This is a great book if you struggle with clutter.

This is a great book if you struggle with clutter. The author gives you a whole new way to look at the stuff that gets piled up, how it can affect you, and how to deal with it. This is a book I will refer to often. Plus she adds a bit of humor in the deal with the frustration.
