Great views for changing your lifestyle

I'm always the kind of person looking for new ideas to help in my journey for a better lifestyle and Steve B has brought a few more ways in doing that. Narration took some getting us to but the adjustment wasn't hard.

Great book

Love how it walks you through the exercises step by step!! Really easy to digest when you're not actually watching something. I can listen to it and do the exercises at the same time no issue. Love adding this to my yoga routine!

Valuable and informative!

This was a great audiobook, packed full of info! It goes over the basics of exercise and dives a little deeper into why exercising and staying fit is so important and good for our bodies and health. Then the book goes into the different types of workouts you can do for different body parts, and each of the benefits that come with them. There are also examples of exercises you can even do at home if you don't have access to a gym, or just feel like staying at and working out! On top of that, there are also plenty of common mistakes that are explained so you know how to avoid them and use correct form to prevent injuries. Great for beginners who don't know where to start, or anyone who is just looking to switch up their routine or learn a bit more about exercising/resistance training etc.

Great resource for a full body workout!

I’ve been looking for a simple workout plan that would be easy to stick to and would work all main muscle groups. This is the one! Full of information and I really appreciate the added value of learning about common mistakes.

Needed this book in this moment!

Consistently sticking to a workout routine has been so difficult for me and through the strategies shared in this book, I feel more confident that I'll be able to create new workout habits that I can realistically stick with. It's like having a personal trainer without the high cost.

Definitely recommend for those looking to become more physically fit and healthy! Loved it.

Informative Resource on a Healthier Lifestyle

The techniques stuck with me!

There are tons of exercise guides out there, but this one really hooked me.

Breaking down the common mistakes for each muscle group actually exposed a few bad habits I had when it came to some shoulder and tricep exercises, and I was pumped to have some new workouts to do at home.

The best part is the info is easy to absorb and understand even if you’re listening on the go - I listened in the car and the info still stuck in a way that I was able to implement and improve

Health is wealth!

As I'm making more laps around the sun, I can definitely feel the changes in my body. My back is more stiff from hours of sitting at my desk. I can tell I'm not as flexible as I used to be. I got this book because I wanted to gain some muscles and improve my range of motion. This book contains a wealth of knowledge on how to work out different parts of your body, like abs, legs, glutes, arms, and shoulders as well as how to avoid injuries. I think it would be nice to have attachment of pictures of some the exercises because that will be helpful in executing it properly but otherwise it's a solid book.

Informative!

This audiobook has a lot of Training and exercising guide for each section of the body, it teaches to live healthily and take care of our body, Very useful strategies to motivate and continue working out. It gives tips on how to Avoid Injury and Common Mistakes. Overall this audiobook is very helpful and informative it is highly recommended.

finally a routine I canfollow!!

The author has provided excellent information for building muscles whether you are a gym junkie or a stay at home and exercise kind of person. The level of information for each part of your body and 'how to' is explained in great detail.

Full of useful information!

If you are looking for comprehensive information on how to build muscle and explanation on how particular muscle groups work, you are in the right place. The book is full of detail and step by step description of exercises needed to develop and build them.

A useful listen for any beginner body builder, who wants to understand the complexity of body and get the right results using the correct techniques.

Very Powerful - Very Useful

Comprehensive Guide.

I am overweight, unfit and I will try my best to follow this guide as best I can. Excellent advice on not pushing yourself too far; important for me. Rome wasn't built in a day! I thoroughly enjoyed listening. The obvious knowledge and expertise of the writer came through tenfold. Another one into my library! Excellent narration, as would be expected.

Get back in shape

I really liked this book on exercise, it takes things back to the fundamentals which had me re-thinking my current approach and see how far I have fallen from a sensible approach. Good book.
