Love the audiobook, buying the hard cover!
Finished the audio book in 1 sitting. Dr Cohen does a great job of keeping things concise and basic, highlighting that the simplest approach can truly bring more peace to our lives.
Great book if you like being lectured at.
Okay, okay already. Of course it's good information. And, a long list of things we should all be doing. But, I really felt like I was being lectured to by Mother for an hour: be nice to people, eat your vegetables, and on, and on, and on.
