My title seem weird but comes into light as you read or listen to this amazing book. I’ll be honest, if you read just because you like the MC, then don’t read this one because you will at times, hate the MC, stop reading because he doesn’t fit your narrative, and possibly write a bad review due to this feeling…BUT if you feel this way, then there is a reason you do and thus should look at yourself. I say all this because I can relate to the MC and understand, even though I don’t agree.

Aside from that, the side characters are a blast! They complete the MC in all manners. They are the bread and meat of this fantasy. The spot light given to them is just right with you feeling more for them then the MC but the last few chapters make you understand everything. Yes, plot armor is in this story but, and I say but, it is literally the bear minimum. You see how things happened, how fascinating the world is, how throughly logical the MC, even when you hate him.

I can not wait for the next book to release! Will definitely be buying it for sure.
