In great relationships, appreciation is not just felt, it’s verbally spoken. But it’s more than saying “thank you” or “I appreciate you.” It’s seeing beyond a person’s mere actions, to seeing the heart, intention and motivation that produced those actions.

To truly see a person and then find the words to express what you see is a profound skill that must be learned and mastered if we want great relationships.
