Sell compassion... something we don't all have for ourselves, yet when we're wanting to grow and expand, we seriously need a dose of it!

The more you tell yourself something, the more you believe it.

Dr. Masaru Emoto, a Chinese scientist, did an experiment on rice. He took two jars of cooked rice and everyday, spoke to them differently and the results were outstanding.

The jar who he only said nice things to, grew strong and bright. Where the jars which he spoke to negatively, ceased to grow.

The same goes with how we speak to ourselves... so in today's episode we talk about the importance of bigging ourselves up!
