Alba, branding specialist and business owner, and Saoirse, materials engineer and project manager, grew up together in a small Spanish village and after taking very different career paths as ambitious young professionals, they ended up in similar situations with two very different points of view. When noticing that they often looked to those around them to navigate the complexity of the working world, they decided to create a community for all those that seek an external view on what's normal.
