このコンテンツについて
WE ARE BACK BABY! Welcome to Season 2, - and what a guest to start off with. We talked about some heavy stuff, but through the lens of buddhism. Like how does a buddhist see racism, the israel-palestine conflict, happiness, what James' own ongoing struggle with cancer looks like, through the eyes of one who is if not enlightened, pretty enlightenedish. Enjoy.
Our Guest
James Low was born in Scotland, but his spirit was forged in Himalayan crags and Indian monasteries under great buddhist maasters. James wove together his understanding of Western thought and Eastern ritual — psychology, philosophy, psychotherapy — into his teachings, and has become one of the most renowned voices in making Dzogchen and mindfulness intelligible to us overexaminers and chronic sufferers.
