このコンテンツについて
In this solo episode of Soul Sync, I get honest about spiritual awakening and why it’s rarely a tidy, lotus-pose moment. I share my own journey: outward success masking inner emptiness, addiction as a numbing pattern, and the messy “snow globe” phase where identity (police officer → entrepreneur → CEO) had to dissolve before anything real could land.
We explore what awakening actually is - remembering who you are beneath the masks - and how alignment feels in day-to-day life (think river current, not wrestling the tide). I talk about the “monkey mind” vs. the wiser, quieter intelligence; gut-led decisions; synchronicities; and how healing old wounds (hat tip to David R. Hawkins’ Letting Go) opens the channel to guidance, mediumship, and flow. There’s some Ram Dass (“spacesuit”) in here, my grandad’s nudge from spirit, and a simple reframe that changed how I approach growth: sometimes you don’t “learn” the guitar - you play it.
If you’re somewhere between awakening and “now what?”, this conversation is for you. A short guided meditation follows in a separate mini-episode to help you check your own alignment and next right step. Subscribe to be notified when it drops.
