This NSDR 15 minutes session is a guided Yoga Nidra practice designed to improve focus and concentration. By entering a state of non sleep deep rest, the nervous system resets, mental clutter softens, and your mind becomes more clear and receptive.
Through a gentle body scan meditation, intention (Sankalpa), and visualization, this practice prepares you for deep work, study, or any task that requires sustained attention. It’s equally supportive as a morning meditation to start the day focused or as a reset before important projects.
Like sleep, NSDR becomes more powerful when practiced regularly. Over time, you’ll notice not only sharper concentration but also greater resilience, calm, and productivity.
