Through these interviews, Host Kirsten Larsen, MOT, OTR/L (IG @kirsten.linnea) wants to uncover the stories that have shaped their lives and delve into topics like identity, career journeys, relationships, and personal growth. The mission is to offer listeners a fresh and nuanced understanding of men's lives today, breaking down stereotypes, and fostering greater empathy across genders.
Ayrton Day (@ayrton.day) is a tech entrepreneur with a diverse background in engineering, product development, and business ventures. He began his career in high school flipping dirt bikes and went on to explore opportunities in real estate, e-commerce, and stock trading before co-founding a company that developed a motion-sensing light, where he served as Chief Engineer and Project Manager. Today, as the founder of a technology startup, Ayrton combines his technical expertise and entrepreneurial experience to drive innovation and bring new solutions to market.
Derrick Gyamfi (@derrickagyamfi) is a Las Vegas–based technology and innovation leader, currently serving as Director of Tech & Innovation, Live Gaming at MGM Resorts International. Beyond building products at the intersection of hospitality, gaming, and AI, he is also a competitive bodybuilder, using the same attentiveness, discipline and consistency from training to fuel his professional and personal growth. Derrick is passionate about helping creators and entrepreneurs bring bold ideas to life while sharing lessons from his own journey in fitness, business, and faith.
