In the late 2000's torture horror movies had become the fad. SAW and Hostel led the way and everyone else tried to imitate and ride their success.
The Collector is one of these films but for some reason has stood the test of time and is still loved and held in super high regard.
The plot follows a thief called Arkin as he attempts to rob his employers. Unfortunately for him he chose the night the serial killer in a gimp mask decided to kill the family too...
What follows is a cat and mouse game full of traps that would make Kevin McCallister jealous!
