🌿🎙️ New Episode Alert – Healthy Living with Yoga Anita 🌿🎙️
This week, I had the joy of sitting down with Allison Smith, whose inspiring journey shows what happens when you choose health, healing, and purpose.
Allison walked away from a stressful corporate job and turned to yoga for balance and strength. That path blossomed into something incredible — she and her wife, Sarah Gibson, now run Friendly Ass Farm, home to alpacas, mini horses, and a whole lot of love. 🦙🐴
✨ Highlights from Allison’s journey:
- Started bringing her mini horse Dusty to elderly facilities for end-of-life visits.
- Hosts Bring it to the Table on Spencer Access Cable.
- Runs vocational programs with David Prouty High School and The Center of Hope in Southbridge, MA.
- Shares the power of Nadi Yoga (yoga of sound) with crystal bowls, instruments tuned to 432 hertz, and her treasured Italian Sonora Gratta.
- Launched the FarmFit App (available on Google Play + Apple Store) so her “farmly” can access animals & meditation anytime.
- Offers new sound healing sessions at Misty Rose Farm surrounded by Arabian horses.
In Allison’s own words:
💚 “This journey has completely manifested into this healthy environment for anyone who is looking for it.”
