Today, head to the iconic Baltimore Book Festival, happening all weekend in the Waverly neighborhood between Greenmount and Barclay Avenues from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Through Sunday, expect outdoor author talks, pop-up book shops, poetry readings, and special activities for kids. The city's bookworms gather rain or shine, so bibliophiles, this is your moment.

Music fans, make your way to the 9th Annual Love Groove Festival on Whitelock Street. Celebrate local music with Baltimore producer John Tyler and a full roster of artists. If you’re hungry for something different, the Bmore Vegan Block Party at 100 North Charles Street offers plant-based food, live music, and eco-friendly vibes from 3 to 8 p.m.

Comedian Adam Sandler hits the CFG Bank Arena tonight at 7:30 p.m., guaranteeing a hilarious evening, while fans of mashups should not miss Beethoven x Beyoncé at the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall at 8 p.m., where classical and contemporary mix in jaw-dropping style.

On Saturday night, Mobtown Ballroom welcomes dancers of all kinds to a Baltimore Square Dance with live music and caller instruction. Indie music fans can catch Soccer Mommy at Baltimore Soundstage for an emotionally charged set starting at 8 p.m.
