このコンテンツについて
The launch of Ogden Valley as a city is upon us—and with that comes a rare and powerful opportunity to help shape our local future. In this episode of the Ogden Valley Mayoral Series, Paden and Whitney sit down with Shanna Francis, a fifth-generation Ogden Valley resident who brings decades of community leadership and expert planning experience to the table.
A journalist, urban planner, conservation advocate, and founder of The Ogden Valley News, Shanna holds dual master’s degrees in Public Administration (with an urban planning emphasis) and Middle East Studies, and has completed graduate coursework toward two PhDs. Her long-standing service includes time as vice-chair of the Ogden Valley Planning Commission and chair of the Ogden Valley Land Trust—roles that exemplify her deep roots in local governance, environmental stewardship, and strategic planning.
