このコンテンツについて
On September 7, 2025, Montego Bay hosted the highly anticipated open house at The Pinnacle’s Swallowtail Tower, unveiling its very first model unit to an enthralled audience.
The Vision:
This development by LCH Developments is nothing short of audacious—being touted as “a city within a city” and “Jamaica’s new standard of residential living.” With a staggering US$450 million price tag, it aims to position Jamaica among global luxury destinations like Singapore and Dubai, with an anticipated completion date of 2030.
The Project Details:
The Pinnacle will consist of four architecturally distinctive towers—Swallowtail, Canary, Hummingbird, and Phoenix—all packed with upscale amenities:
Gymnasium, spa, lounges, and bars
Swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts
Golf simulator and beautifully landscaped communal areas
Sustainability is front and center, with eco-conscious features like FSC-certified timber, non-toxic materials, and energy-efficient systems.
Current Progress:
The flagship Swallowtail Tower has already topped out at 22 of its planned 28 floors. The showcased model unit, perched on the third floor, offers a luxurious two-bedroom, two-bath layout complete with:
Dual balconies with sweeping views
Modern kitchen and engineered timber floors
Spa-inspired bathrooms
Floor-to-ceiling hurricane-5-rated glazing delivering stunning bay and hillside panoramas
The Event:
The “hard hat” tours attracted over 100 guests—families, business professionals, and international investors drawn by the promise of something extraordinary. The open house was hosted by Realtor®-Associates from Coldwell Banker Jamaica Realty—Dean Jones, Minjun Zeng, Anita Baker, Keesha Answer-Wil, and Kaydian Williams—and supported by the on-site Pinnacle team: Kanya Clemetson, Jadon Hewitt (Sales Manager), and Yemima Garcia.
