This drug is a powerful phosphodiesterase inhibitor that poses serious health risks including life-threatening drops in blood pressure if taken by those also using nitrate medications such as nitroglycerin. The genuine, authentic versions of this supplement bear the lot number LOTGLU13101b1EXP0926.
All these counterfeit products were sold in the US.
