Welcome Back Radical Ones! ⚡️
The summer of Freddy continues! This week Ryan, Rob, and David fire up the dream machine for "Freddy’s Nightmares", the two season short-lived but unforgettable TV series hosted by the man of your nightmares himself.
We kick things off with Episode One: “No More Mr. Nice Guy”, where Freddy faces trial for his crimes—but is that really Robert Englund sitting behind the plexiglass in that courtroom?
Then we follow it up with its direct continuation, Episode Seven: “Sister’s Keeper”, featuring two sisters in matching ugly outfits and frizzier-than-ever hair. Can these siblings stop Freddy before he gets to them, or are they destined to be his next victims?
Join us as we revisit this cult series, question what counts as “canon” in the Nightmare universe and share plenty of laughs (and screams) along the way.
"Freddy's Nightmares is an American horror anthology TV series based on the A Nightmare on Elm Street films. It features Freddy Krueger as the host and occasional villain. Each episode tells a different story with dark or grim themes, set in the town of Springwood, Ohio, specifically on Elm Street, the same setting as the A Nightmare on Elm Street films. Although the Freddy Krueger character occasionally plays a role in the plot, most of the stories do not involve him directly. However, it is often hinted that Krueger indirectly influenced the desolate nature of the plotlines."
Stars: Robert Englund as Freddy Krueger.
