Pertinent analysis and useful activities

This book was a lot of fun to read, and I found myself taking notes at points. The topic is thought-provoking enough to prompt self-reflection.
Some of the language is pretty beneficial, such as brain-based problems, and I've started using a few ideas in my daily contacts to help me be less apologetic about my difficulties.

If you’re a robot…

This is the book for you. If this is not a computer generated voice, then this narrator needs some serious help.

It is the worst recording I have ever encountered and it renders it useless. Impossible to listen to.

Julia

At the age of 43, I was diagnosed with cancer little over six months ago. This book greatly aided me in comprehending why I felt and behaved the way I do. If you're neurodivergent or have neurodivergent relatives or friends, I highly recommend reading or listening to it.

Essential Material

This novel perfectly captured the experience of a lady with ADHD. Several times during the first two chapters, I (ugly) cried—how that's I KNOW they were dropping huge truth bombs!!! The rest of the book made me nod my head in agreement and made me feel noticed and powerful. This book, like so many other aspects of personal growth, arrived at the ideal moment for me, and I am thankful to the writers for their efforts.

LISTEN TO THE SAMPLE!

Classic ADHD trait: impulsively buying this without listening to the sample. Narrator's tone is so annoying!
