Informative & Nourishing

Loved the guided practices & inspiration through learning to nourish our being and spirit. This is my 2nd book by Heatherash Amara & I'm in love with her teachings.

Similar content to her other books

I really miss Heather's voice. What a difference her voice makes! I will probably read this book again and again to remind myself of all other books I've read on being compassionate and patient towards myself. It is a shorter version of warrior goddess with different meditations but you have to bookmark the meditations.
