あらすじ・解説
The National Council of the Arts sponsored a competition. Composers from all over the world entered their compositions of an original operetta. The composer expected to win, Mancini, was murdered.
The Mancini case has baffled the homicide division of the Kansas City police department for the past year. Detective Mark Johnson gets an anonymous tip and is hopeful that he can finally solve it.
