There is a lot of solid advice that I found resonated with me: calendars over to do lists, morning rituals and managing your energy.

However, this probably would’ve read better in print. As an audiobook, there were repeated sections of self promotions, links to websites for the author’s brand of productivity and times when the author clearly was tired of saying the same catchphrases over again. The quotes and stories inter-spliced also felt like I was being read a series of post-it notes or inspirational posters. I found it all to be very distracting and was convinced I could easily skim or flip over to sections of greater interest with ease in a hard copy version, which is why I wouldn’t recommend this as an audiobook. Perhaps the Blinkist version is more promising.
