Middia is a country of contrasts, the heat of the desert, the cool of the city in its cave. Its people working by night and resting during the day. The castes its society is built on that divide its people by birth and not merit.

Yuutan is the homeland of a living legend, a place that birthed Holvti. A nation on the coast of the great ocean where Tiberaasian smiths ply their trade, making master-crafted weapons, and whose guardsmen patrol in armor that gleamed like stained glass in the sun.

The world is changing. Where mages once stood supreme, unchallenged in war, economics, and politics the common man has elevated himself with the gun, the rail line, and the Consul. None of this, however, matters to Adrian. He simply wishes to return home with Isi and heal.

The Wilderlands are said to contain many dangers. On most maps the area remains blank and only the bravest of travelers will venture beneath its canopy.
