Frank V. writes from the other side of it — he lived through pornography addiction firsthand, and found his way out through trial, error, and real, hard-won change.

Outside of his own recovery, Frank is a natural people person who has built his career in hospitality, always drawn to connecting with others. That same instinct is what pushed him to write this book: he wanted people struggling with modern addictions to have something he didn't — a real voice from someone who's been there, so they wouldn't have to spend years figuring it out alone.
