E. J. Simon's passion has always been writing, despite the many years he’s spent in corporate leadership positions, including multiple CEO roles with major companies. He holds an M.A. in Corporate and Political Communications from Fairfield University and a B.A. in Journalism from the University of South Carolina, and in 2013 published the first book in his Michael Nicholas series, Death Never Sleeps, which became a Kindle bestseller. He's a member of the Author’s Guild, The Mystery Writers Of America and the North Carolina Writer’s Network. He was born in New York City but travels often throughout the world. He is an avid lover of Japanese culture and cuisine.
