プロフィール ハーバード大学経営大学院修士課程修了。日本マクドナルド創立者藤田氏の元で、新規事業の立ち上げに携わる。昭和女子大学キャリアカレッジ学院長として、女性の社会での活躍や企業の働き方改革を支援する。一般社団法人21世紀学び研究所ではリフレクションの普及、一般財団法人クマヒラセキュリティ財団ではシチズンシップ教育に取り組む。子どもの貧困問題の解決に挑戦するLearning For All、社会起業家を育むASHOKA等のNPO活動にも参画。文部科学省中央教育審議会委員、経済産業省『未来の教室』とEdTech研究会委員など歴任。　 著書に「リフレクション　自己とチームの成長を加速する内省の技術」「ダイアローグ　対話の技術」等がある。 Profile Mika Kumahira holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. She began her career working under Den Fujita, founder of McDonald’s Japan, where she was involved in launching new business initiatives. As Dean of the Career College at Showa Women’s University, she supports women’s career advancement and corporate work-style reform. At the Institute for 21st Century Learning, she promotes reflection-based education, and at the Kumahira Security Foundation, she leads initiatives in citizenship education. She is also engaged in nonprofit activities, including Learning for All, which tackles child poverty, and ASHOKA, which develops social entrepreneurs. Her previous public roles include serving as a member of the Central Council for Education at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, and on the “Classroom of the Future” and EdTech Study Group at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Her published books include Reflection: Techniques for Deepening Awareness to Accelerate Personal and Team Growth and Dialogue: The Art of Conversation, among others.
