Ryan Aglecard can't wait to celebrate Riveria's Spirit Week, a legendary summer festival in honor of the Great Spirits. In his college town of Riverside, the festivities are getting underway with especially extravagant flair, but Ryan's Spirit Keeper abilities sense something disturbing beneath the sparkling firelight celebrations and thrilling mage demonstrations. Suddenly, his summer isn't the relaxed one he expected, and he begins gathering new spirits to his side, ones with unique skills beyond his familiarity.

After an eventful Spirit Week, Ryan Aglecard is ready for his next grand adventure. Lucky for him, classes are starting up again at New Riverside University. With a brand new courseload of thrilling magical subjects, he hopes to further develop his abilities as a Spirit Keeper and better understand the otherworldly nature of the peculiar spirits he has collected thus far. But the plot thickens when new allies reveal secrets concerning Ryan's very own family.
