The Operation Hypogean Series

In a world ravaged by greed and ecological collapse, survival is no longer a right – it's a daily battle. The Barren Lands stretch endlessly, a scorched and haunted wasteland littered with the remains of a world's downfall. Scout Jensen knows these lands better than most. Her job is brutal: to scour the surface for salvageable resources that might sustain and aid the underground survivors, clinging to life beneath the ruins of civilisation. Each mission is a gamble with death, each discovery a reminder of what was lost so long ago.

But when Jensen is assigned a new and perilous task by her commanding officer, Vegas, the stakes rise dramatically. This time she must retrieve critical data – information that could determine the future of their fractured society. The mission demands a team, and Jensen finds herself leading a group of rookies, some of whom have never seen the world above ground, or the horrors that await. Among them is Minister Kiernan, a scientist and political figure, whose presence raises both hope and suspicion.

As they venture into the unknown, Jensen's instincts scream that something is wrong. The dangers of the surface - mutated rogue scavengers and the pathological toll of a broken world - are only part the threat. Beneath the surface, a powerful leader manipulates events from the shadows, pursuing a sinister agenda that could unravel everything Jensen fights to protect.

Tense, emotionally charged, and full of unexpected twists, Operation Hypogean is a gripping tale of resilience, loyalty and the thin line between survival and surrender. As Scout Jensen confronts both external horrors and internal betrayals, listeners are drawn into a post-apocalyptic saga where hope flickers like a dying flame – and every decision could be their last.
