Connor has been a hockey defenceman all his life. He’s good at it, and he’s confident in his ability to protect his team from incoming goals. When Coach asks him to try playing forward for a change, he doubts his abilities. Even some of his teammates think he can’t hack it in the new position. But Grandpa David seems to think the solution lies not in Connor’s natural talent, but in how he thinks about each play. When Connor tries to use Grandpa David’s growth mindset, his confidence improves. But will it be enough to help his team win the next big game?
