Their target is a special demigod called the Hybrid. Yep, you guessed it! That would be Luke! See, the boy grew up thinking he had multiple personalities, but as it turns out, the other two voices in his head are an amnesiac angel and demon. Those two were sealed in his body at a young age from my understanding.
