Hudson Carter returned to Foggy Basin and now owns his family’s hardware store Nuts and Bolts. He not only gained a new business when he moved home, he also found the love of his life.

Trying his hand at legitimate business ownership hasn’t always gone the way Maddox planned. The ex-motorcycle club enforcer experienced his share of ups and downs before finally achieving success. Now he’s opening a specialty grocery store and outdoor market in the small town of Foggy Basin, and he’s itching to get back to the part enjoys most: crafting the recipes for the newest products that will grace their shelves. Unfortunately, Maddox's first few days in Foggy Basin haven't been the best. His motorcycle was involved in a hit and run, and the damage was extensive.

Andrew and Rafael became a couple in “Blue Star Diner” and we left them with Andrew thinking that whatever the future held, they would face it together, hand in hand. Day-to-day living has presented challenges, however. They’ve had their first serious argument, and the misunderstanding feels like a major catastrophe.

Archie Star’s life had always been marked by loneliness. After losing his mother at eleven, he was left with a father who never quite knew what to do with him. Even after earning a literature degree, Archie felt like a ghost in his own home, unseen and unneeded. When his cousin Andrew offered him a job at the Blue Star Diner in Foggy Basin, he took it as a sign. With nothing but a duffel bag and a restless heart, he climbed onto his motorcycle and rode toward a fresh start, hoping to find a place where he could finally breathe.
