What is a man trapped in a hospital bed for most of his life supposed to do? Play video games, of course. Sure, he could dream of getting another chance in the world of his favorite game with a body that actually works, but there's no way that would ever happen. Then it does. It turns out the developer of his favorite game was a god all along who decided to reward his #1 fan with a personal isekai experience.

Now, the dungeon-packed setting full of monsters, magic, and adventure that only ever existed as a game is a real world. That also means some of the god's more... niche of worldbuilding interests have become reality as well, such as how only 5% of the world's population is male and how most women are so desperate that they fall in love at first sight.

While Sev is more than happy to embrace the fact that this world is a paradise to any man with a healthy interest in women, his true obsession is the world's RPG-like system with hundreds of dungeons to clear. He fully cleared it countless times when it was only a game. Now that it's a real world, he plans on doing it all over again... while also growing his party of cute girls who are as obsessed with him as he is with dungeons.
