Deep Time

This is a love story whose alternate future reaches into Deep Time. Dr. Oz has loved Karen from the very first day that he saw her, but he is her doctor. So it was that Asha, a Ute woman, found him. She was on a vision quest. Dr. Oz was her only hope to ever have a family of her own. But his heart was as big as his incredible intellect. So it was that he took Asha into his heart. Her treatment became his special project.

In his quest to help the women of Asha’s Ute community, Dr. Oz built a mobile medical treatment RV to take his medical science to Sun Dance, a sacred Ute celebration. But the forces that hunted him the first time would not be so easily dismissed. They were still out there and would just as surely kill him if they could.
