The Witch's Trilogy, Volume One あらすじ・解説

The Witch’s Trilogy, Volume One: This is the first of four trilogies that contain the entire 12-book collection of the original Detective Marcella Witch series by author Dana E. Donovan.

Book One: The Witch’s Ladder. A group of talented individuals proficient in the psychic academia of clairvoyance, mental telepathy, and bilocation work together to understand life’s most unusual secrets. But secrets among psychics are hard to keep, and the members of this group soon realize that even their abilities of mind over matter can’t protect them from the blade of the Surgeon Stalker

Book Two: Pride, paranoia and paranormal forces all conspire to derail Detective Marcella’s investigation into a series of suspicious suicides in New Castle, Massachusetts. In this sequel to The Witch’s Ladder, Marcella learns that because of the ties that bind their pasts, every potential victim is also a possible suspect.

In Book Three, circumstances surrounding an unexplained spike in deaths among homeless men have Detective Marcella suspecting paranormal forces are again at work in the town of New Castle. But things get complicated when his investigation is stifled by his hopeless infatuation with a witch who just may be at the heart of the mystery.
