Academics of Eldoria

She's the rigid workaholic. He's the insufferable troublemaker.

Cerise Thornheart has one goal: to become dean at the prestigious university where she teaches. When she's invited to join a team on an expedition to research wildlife in a remote jungle, she jumps at the chance. But when her original partner falls ill, he is replaced with the rogue disaster, Doctor Pendragon.

Liam Pendragon lives life by the seat of his pants. Sick of the deadlines, paperwork, and confines of rigorous academia, he's itching to get out of his oppressive office. When he receives a last-minute invitation to fill in for a colleague on a research trip, he's thrilled. Until he learns he will be partnering with the uptight and tenacious Doctor Thornheart.

As irritation ensues, Liam and Cerise must set their differences aside and learn to get along if they have any chance of making it through their trip, especially when unforeseen circumstances leave them stranded in the jungle. Together... alone.

A Beastologist's Field Notes of Fated Affection is a cozy, spicy, fantasy romcom with a black cat/golden retriever romance, hilarious jungle adventures, and a guaranteed happily ever after.
