James Chavez is a preacher, strategist, systems expert, and succession coach. His mission is to mobilize leaders by coaching them to be confident and competent leaders. James is passionate about and gifted in leadership development, growth strategies, and helping churches and organization reach their next levels. With an undergrad in Biblical Studies, and postgrad in Business Law from Cornell, James leverages his 20 years of full-time ministry experience leading some of America’s largest churches to advance God’s Kingdom by training and empowering others as they level-up.
