It is important that we feel fulfilled in life. Being fulfilled is not the same as everything being okay. Being fulfilled is that feeling we have that has an overall purpose, whether it's making your business grow, doing voluntary work, being a mum or a dad, creating something, whatever it is to you that provides that overall purpose. It's different things to different people. Many of today's mental problems stem from a lack of purpose, when this happens we crave all sorts of things to fill that "void" within.

Whatever happens in life you are the one who has to experience it no one else. Your decisions come from your mind no where else. Even if you choose to follow someone else and it all goes wrong, it is still your decision that was enacted not theirs. Modern day blame culture is rubbish and pathetic. How you experience pain, pleasure, unfairness, love, selfishness, etc, it is all processed in your mind as that is where you live no where else.

Life Bites Series. Relationships of all sorts whether they are personal friends, acquaintances, work colleagues, neighbours or those significant others need working on. You cannot take any relationship for granted then expect it to stay the same forever, it just doesn't exist. A relationship is give and take, it doesn't have to be 50/50 it can even be 90/10 provided it equals 100 then it is a success.

We all like being successful, it makes us feel good and gives us a sense of accomplishment, too. But failure is a great part of our lives because without failure we gain no knowledge. All the major breakthroughs and developments in life have crossed over from failure. To fail is 100 times better than to have never tried. You get 10/10 for trying, you get nothing for not doing anything. Always feel pleased with yourself even if what you are doing doesn't come off. Never ever get despondent nor feel browbeaten.

Whatever happens, whatever prevails, whatever circumstances there are, you are still in charge of your life. Unless you are held at gunpoint which is highly unlikely then you make all the choices in life - even if it is a choice to follow someone else. If you do follow someone else as an easy option and it all goes wrong, then it's not them to blame; it is you who put your trust in them, even if they did something stupid. There's no getting away from the truth of the matter about yourself.

Life Bite Series. It may seem strange but many people live their life as a product of what others think or say or have advised them quite strongly to take. There is but one solution and that is to live your life the best way you can taking into account your mentality, your likes and dislikes, all the little things that make you tick and anything else, after all that is you. As well meaning as others may be (or not) you still have to follow your own pathway as no one else can ever do it for you.

There is absolutely no legal structure pertaining to "Political Correctness" whatsoever. It's all made up stop by idiots, low-life and lonely people, devisive groups of people to try and get their own way because they are substandard in themselves, the incompetent and government bodies, those in political and organisational structures (like unions and other debased areas) and by those who cannot seek or see life as it is meant to be.

MLK said, "People fail to get along with each other because they fear each other. They fear each other because they don't understand each other. They don't understand each other because they have not properly communicated with each other." 'Coming Out' for many people is or can be a fearful task. For some it's not a problem. Whichever side you find yourself on you don't want to live in the closet; you have a right to be who you are and you definitely don't need anyone's permission to be you. Those who are ego lead are quite the opposite, often suffering from a very bad ignorance and lack of self-esteem. There is a big difference between being proud of your children or some work you have done as opposed to being proud looking at life through a variable supercilious aspect that clouds others from your favour and even warrants negativity.

If we are to make anything from our lives and gain respect we should be able to accept what is and not make excuses as to why it isn't the way it should be or the way we would like it. Life will rarely be the way we want it to be, which doesn't mean that it can't be better. But blaming others who have no control over you or even know you exist is stupid.

Life Bite Series. Loneliness can be very debilitating. You can feel lonely right in the middle of a bunch of friends and family that love you. You don't have to isolated to be lonely. However the most common cause of loneliness is a degree of selfishness, a selfishness that thinks of oneself more than sharing with others. It can even become habitual and self consuming so that one lives in a bubble of "all about me" and then starts to feel that "I can't be bothered" or "it will be late" or "An excuse here" and so on.

Mental health today is becoming a big issue. It can manifest itself in a whole array of disorders (outside of clinical disorders), even the thought of mental health problems alienates many from the word go, and their repetitive self thinking often creates more or even ficticious problems which only adds to an already aggravated situation.

Emotions enhance our life walk. We have love, joy, happiness, with love being the greatest and most effective emotion we have. We also have the opposite emotions: anger, hatred, greed, envy, pride, etc, all of which will bring us down.

If we believe in God, then there is but pure love; if we believe in anything else, then it's the Devil - the antithasis of all that's good. And if we impose conditions on love, then that is our downfall too.

Grief can strike in the best of us, it can be debilitating, it can make us feel morose and it can almost permanently take the edge off of everything we do. Grief is a condition that you create yourself. We can all suffer at times from grief yet for those who dwell on it, it tends to create a life of its own and then it becomes a part of us and then it almost consumes us to the extent we lose our free thought and hide behind it as a facade and an excuse as to not to fail or move forward.
